MAY 2011 NEWSLETTER

SUMMER CAMP- For our four and five year olds, we will continue to offer academics throughout the summer.  After working so hard through the school year, we want to continue striving for excellence.  However, as you know, Ms. Brenda will continue to make it fun, throwing in field trips here and there, etc.  Our summer enrollment is limited to the first 13 students who pay for two weeks of our camp. 

VPK GRADUATION 2011
Our annual graduation ceremony will be Friday, May 20th at 6:30PM at Towne East Baptist Church. We look forward to seeing you there!

LAST DAY OF VPK IS JUNE 3RD!

TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK- Thank you so much to all of our families who brought food, cards and goodies.  

MEMORIAL DAY 2011...
Our center will be closed on Monday, May 30th, in observance
of Memorial Day.

MUFFINS FOR “MOTHERS AND OTHERS”-
We will be serving muffins and juice for our annual “Mothers and Others” breakfast. Please help yourself!

The staff of Early Years would like to wish you a wonderful Mother’s Day!

WATER PLAY DAYS- Starting in June, each class will have a scheduled water play day. In order for your child to participate, he/she will need to bring in a labeled suit, towel and sunscreen. Your child’s teacher will let you know the water play day for your child’ s class.

BUG SPRAY AND SUNSCREEN…
Please bring  in both, if you would like your child to have bug spray or sunscreen applied before going onto the playground!
